Out & About
The Thames Maidenhead bridge from the rowing club
The River Thames runs passed the eastern side of Maidenhead flowing through Cookham, Maidenhead, Bray then on to Windsor.

There are tow paths for most of this length of river along with strategicalyy located pubs, starting with the Ferry in Cookham, Boulters Inn at Boutlers Lock, then the Blue River Cafe at Maidenhead Bridge.

At Maidenhead the Rivers spawns the Jubilee Canal which is the most recent
engineering feat to aliviate
the risk of flooding in Maidenhead, this has it's own foot and cycle paths that run its length.
